Debts above £5000

These debts are dealt with by the High Court. The court allocates cases to Appointed High Court Officers (HCEO's), who enforce the writ. Millbank can act directly for a claimant, including assisting with all of the required paperwork.

Debts above £600

High Court Enforcement has a generally a higher recovery rate than the County Court. Most debts above £600 can be transfered to the High Court for enforcement for a fee of £60 payable to the court. Millbank will transfer your case to the High Court  All we require is the court fee payable (£60).

Under normal circumstances, all of our enforcement fees are recovered from the Defendant. However in the event that we are unable to enforce the warrant, a fee of £60.00* plus VAT will be charged.

In the event of a successful execution we will recover the full amount of the judgement debt, interest at 8% per annum and £111.75 towards the costs that you have incurred in issuing the writ.

*£60.00 administrative fee is typical. Additional costs may be incurred.
